Directions
From the West
Take 394 East. Take the Washington Avenue exit (9C). Turn right onto Washington Avenue. Go six blocks. We are located at the corner of Washington Avenue and Second Avenue South.
From the North
Take 94 East. Then take the 4th Street North exit (230). Continue on 4th Street to Hennepin Avenue and take a left on Hennepin. Take a right onto Washington Avenue. We are located at the corner of Washington Avenue and Second Avenue South.
From the East
Take 94 West. Take the 5th Street exit (234B). At 11th Avenue take a right. At Washington Avenue take a left. We are located at the corner of Washington Avenue and Second Avenue South.
From the South
Take 35W North. Merge onto MN-65 N via the exit on the left (toward downtown exits). Take the 5th Avenue South/MN-65 exit on the left. Continue on 5th Avenue South/MN-65 until you get to Washington Avenue and take a left onto Washington. We are located at the corner of Washington Avenue and Second Avenue South.
Parking
There are several parking garages and facilities located within two blocks of Magnum Real Estate Services. They are located on the corner of Washington Avenue South and Third Avenue South, the corner of Third Street South and Second Avenue South, or the corner of Third Street South and Third Avenue South. These facilities vary in hourly fees.
Metered street parking is also available.
