- Josh Floring was featured in the September/October 2006 online
version of Commercial Investment Real Estate, CCIM's magazine. The
article – titled "Hired Learning: Mentorship offers a CCIM candidate a wealth of knowledge" – was a Q&A with Josh, who was asked to share some of the benefits of his mentorship.
- Greg McDonald has received a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
- Josh Floring was one of two chosen recipients for a
scholarship award from the Minnesota/Dakota CCIM Chapter. He is
currently taking CI 101.
