Greg McDonald, CCIM

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2003, Greg has the technical training to help investors analyze the best real estate opportunities whether they are buying, leasing, developing, or selling properties. Prior to Magnum, Greg spent seven years at Colliers, where he focused on the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties.
His core specializations include buyer/tenant representation, seller representation, land sales and development, and market analysis with regard to valuation. Greg has experience in office, industrial and land transactions as well as a special focus on economic development financing through TIF and JobZ. He is also experienced with grants related to brownfield redevelopment. Greg can represent properties in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Josh Floring
"The commercial real estate industry puts me in the action where urban planning meets human enterprise."
With a special interest and experience in urban planning, Josh can alert clients to opportunities in real estate that reflect future trends in the Twin Cities. He has worked with several urban planning organizations and is a member of the local chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council to feed his passion for sustainable design. He is currently working toward his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Through his experience as an interactive designer, Josh also understands the potential for enhanced online marketing and investor connectivity to the next big deal. He can represent properties in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
